Refund & Cancellation Policy
ProjectPrint memberships and trials are generally purchased and managed through Whop. This policy explains cancellation, refund requests, duplicate charges, and mandatory consumer rights.
Effective / last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Canceling a subscription
A recurring subscription can be canceled through the Whop account or purchase-management page. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically reverse charges already processed. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless the platform states otherwise.
2. Free trials
Trial length, eligibility, renewal date, and price are displayed at checkout. A user who does not wish to continue must cancel before the stated renewal time. Trial availability may change and may be limited to eligible users.
3. Refund requests
Refund eligibility is reviewed based on the checkout terms, access and usage records, the reason for the request, platform rules, and mandatory law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Requests should include the Whop order or invoice identifier, account email, charge date, and a clear explanation. Contact the Whop resolution flow first or email test.
4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly through Whop and the payment provider. ProjectPrint may request verification before changing access or supporting a refund investigation.
5. Digital content and immediate access
Premium access may begin immediately after checkout. In some jurisdictions, requesting immediate delivery of digital services can affect a statutory withdrawal right when the legally required notice and acknowledgement are provided. This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Chargebacks
Starting a chargeback without first attempting to resolve a legitimate billing issue may result in temporary suspension while the payment provider investigates. Nothing here prevents a user from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.
7. No trading-performance refunds
Trading losses, failed evaluations, missed streams, personal schedule conflicts, or failure to achieve profitability do not by themselves establish a refund entitlement. ProjectPrint does not guarantee trading outcomes.
