Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing ProjectPrint, the user agrees to these terms and the linked policies. The user must have legal capacity to enter an agreement and must comply with age and eligibility requirements imposed by Whop, Discord, payment providers, trading platforms, and applicable law.

2. Educational service—not financial advice

ProjectPrint provides educational commentary, community discussion, trade reviews, historical proof, and personal opinions. Nothing is personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. ProjectPrint does not act as a broker, fiduciary, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or account manager.

3. No guarantees or copy-trading instruction

No result, payout, win rate, trade callout, stream, screenshot, testimonial, calendar entry, or historical performance guarantees profitability or future performance. Users remain solely responsible for deciding whether to trade, selecting risk, verifying information, and complying with broker or prop-firm rules.

4. Accounts, access, and subscriptions

• Login details and access links must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• Premium access may require a current Whop subscription or trial and successful access verification.
• Features, schedules, instructors, resources, prices, trial availability, and community structure may change.
• ProjectPrint may suspend access for fraud, payment disputes, abuse, harassment, unauthorized redistribution, security risks, or material violations.

5. Community conduct

Users must not spam affiliate links, impersonate others, harass members, publish deceptive callouts, distribute malware, scrape private data, manipulate tournament results, evade bans, or use ProjectPrint for unlawful activity. Moderation decisions may be made to protect the community and service integrity.

6. Intellectual property

The ProjectPrint name, branding, website design, trading recaps, videos, guides, callouts, databases, calendar content, and community resources are owned by test or used with permission. Access is a limited, personal, revocable license. Recording, republishing, selling, scraping, or redistributing content without written permission is prohibited except where mandatory law permits.

7. User submissions

When a user submits feedback, tournament data, screenshots, messages, or other material, the user confirms they have the right to submit it and grants ProjectPrint a limited license to host, process, display, and use it to operate, verify, moderate, and improve the relevant service. Public use for marketing requires separate permission where legally required.

8. Third-party services

ProjectPrint links to and integrates with Whop, Discord, Supabase, Vercel, TradingView, brokers, prop firms, social platforms, and other services. ProjectPrint does not control their availability, rules, data practices, fees, or decisions. Their terms apply separately.

9. Availability and changes

The website and community are provided on an “as available” basis. ProjectPrint may correct errors, remove content, change features, pause services, or perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectPrint is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, failed evaluations, account closures, platform outages, third-party conduct, decisions based on educational content, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.
